Nomadic shepherds who are composed of hollow reeds with air holes that make music when the wind strikes them. They are light enough to dance on the air and the carry pan flutes for calling their Marzipan Beasts, as well a malleable mass of marzipan that they can shape into everything from tools to sails to carry them on the wind.
